Renovation of a municipal facility in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 48,973-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility.
The awarded contractors are: Immel Construction - $3,341,800.00 Hamann Construction - $3,078,972.00 Total awarded amount is: $6,420,772 Windows Replacement and HVAC Systems Upgrade Project at the Manitowoc County Courthouse, 1010 S. 8th Street, Manitowoc WI 54220. Question Deadline 06/04/2024 Bidders Questions: Architect will provide responses at prebid conference to Bidders questions received up to two business days prior to conference. Submit requests for clarification and interpretation using method indicated in Instructions to Bidders. Project consists of Replacement of all exterior windows; remove exterior and interior infill at Branch 3 courtroom and re-install windows; install light wells in areas where the full height windows extend above the suspended ceilings; replace all pneumatically-controlled VAV boxes and pneumatically-controlled control valves, replace the pneumatic control system with a Siemens Disego DDC system, and replace AHU #2 and ACCU #2.
