Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This Contract consists of miscellaneous modifications and improvements to the City of Manitowoc Downtown Streetscape along the north and south sides of both Buffalo and Chicago Streets between 7th and 10th Streets. The project includes sidewalk removal to allow for new tree-pits within the existing sidewalk, curb replacements, installation of ADA compliant detectable warning strips and new ladder crosswalks at the intersections of Chicago & 10th Streets, Chicago and 8th Streets, Buffalo& 10th Street and Buffalo & 8th Streets. Work will require the disposal of concrete and other miscellaneous material and backfilling tree pits/landscape terraces with topsoil installing erosion control matting and safety fence (or similar, approved by city). A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty. Est. Completion Date: Sept. 27, 2024
