Site work for a water / sewer project in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work for which proposals are asked includes the following: Procurement and installation of variable frequency drive for the Southwest Booster station pump 2. Vendors are encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting a proposal and become familiar with the general, local, and site conditions that may affect cost. The Manitowoc Public Utilities reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interest of MPU to the lowest responsible vendor. Proposals arriving after the designated time will be returned unopened. No vendor may withdraw their quote within sixty (60) days after scheduled closing time for the receipt of the proposal.
