The Town of Newton, Manitowoc County will receive sealed bids for the road project Gass Lake Road from County Road C to Clover - LRIP Project The Town of Newton, Manitowoc County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to accept any bid(s) that may be deemed most advantageous in the opinion of the Town of Newton, Manitowoc County, and shall serve in the Town's best interest. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the time and date set for the opening, thereof, without the consent of the Town of Newton.
