A site visit is strongly encouraged. 1. Scrape and thoroughly clean available floor space to include under and around pallet racks which are stationary. 2. With automatic floor scrubber/sweeper scrub floor clean of debris, dust, oil, grease and marks. Use automated floor scrubber/sweeper machine system for dispensing cleaning solution and then vacuuming it up. Remove any stubborn stains such as gas or diesel spots with a suitable primer compatible with seal coating product. 3. Clear seal and polish. 4. Remove and dispose of all trash. 5. Pressure - wash cleaning of loading dock area. All areas will require routine quarterly floor cleaning maintenance.
