Renovation of a fire / police facility in Hampton Falls, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Scope of Work 1. Demolition and decommissioning of some old equipment 2. Removal and disposal of existing condensers and boiler 3. Cap off hydronic lines and hydra air handler and accessible ductwork. 4. Install new Mitsubishi or equal 5-zone 48,000 BTU hyper heat pumps on the raised ground outside. 5. Install Mitsubishi or equal 12,000 BTU and 10,000 BTU ceiling cassettes 6. Install necessary condensation drains for each unit 7. Provide all necessary and associated electric work and wireless thermostats 8. Provide 12-year parts warranty, 1 year labor warranty 9. Install outdoor condenser(s) in an appropriate location, keeping in mind the aesthetics of the building. The Town of Hampton Falls is seeking Request for Proposals for the purchase and installation of a heat pump style heating and air conditioning system for the Public Safety Building located at 3 Drinkwater Road, Hampton Falls. Estimated budget is between $75,000 - $90,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
