The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Borough. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) prescribed in the Bidding Documents. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance by Borough Council up to July 31, 2024, for evaluation and award.
