As of April 18, 2024 Award of Contracts for the Rapho Township Public Works Building as follows: HCI Construction Ltd General Trades Contract for $2,354,000 Leo Kob, Co. Inc -Electrical Contract for $180,290.00 Leo Kob, Co. Inc -Mechanical Contract for $142,500.00 Leo Kob, Co. Inc -Plumbing Contract for $157,750.00 construction of a 310' x 70' masonry public works building. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Only those questions submitted online via, Questions received after 12:00 pm on Monday April 8, 2024, regarding the project will not be acknowledged. Rapho Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Probably $3,200,000 to $3,500,000.
