Inc -Electrical Contract for $180,290.00 Leo Kob, Co. Inc -Mechanical Contract for $142,500.00 Leo Kob, Co. Inc -Plumbing Contract for $157,750.00 construction of a 310' x 70' masonry public works building. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Only those questions submitted online via, Questions received after 12:00 pm on Monday April 8, 2024, regarding the project will not be acknowledged. Rapho Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
