Sealed bids for the construction of a floodplain restoration along an unnamed tributary to the Conestoga River in Manheim Township, PA, The Commissioners of Manheim Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Manheim Township. Questions Due Date: Jun 17th 2024, 5:00 PM EDT A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Manheim Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is ninety (90) calendar days. Manheim Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
