Renovation of a municipal facility in Manheim, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a 6,653-square-foot municipal facility.
The building contains 6,653.5 square feet (63 ft. 8 in. by 104 ft. 6 in.) and has a 12/4.5 roof pitch. The project involves the removal and replacement of the existing shingle roof with a standing seam or other metal or equal roof. Old roofing shall be removed and disposed of in a lawful manner. Identify the warranty period for new roofing material. Roofing shall be attached per manufacturer's specifications with approved fasteners. Ridge vents and all penetration boots shall be provided per the roofing manufacturer. As of September 24, 2025, this project is in design. A bidding and construction schedule have not yet been announced.
