SHIREMANSTOWN BOROUGH MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE FACILITY Contract 1 - General Construction Questions Due Date: May 1st 2024, 4:00 PM EDT This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages and Public Works Employment Verification Act and Commonwealth Financing Authority conditions of the Contract. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Borough. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) prescribed in the Bidding Documents. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance by Borough Council up to July 31, 2024, for evaluation and award. Shiremanstown Borough reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informality in Bids received. Bid Result General Construction: WSL Incorporated $1,247,345. Mechanical: Shannon A.
