2024 Road Maintenance Materials Questions Due Date: Mar 21st 2024, 4:00 PM EDT Online Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Nazareth Borough, Northampton County, in the amount of One Thousand Dollars (1,000.00) in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond with corporate surety in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($ 1,000.00) within twenty (20) days of the award, guaranteeing compliance with the specifications, and delivery within the time specified by the bidder in his bid.
