Section XII - Vicinity of Elie (C07175) Sealing Pavement Cracks on Provincial Access 612 from Provincial Road 24 to .3 km East of Provincial Road 248, for a total construction distance of 0.3 km in the Municipality of Cartier. Section XIII - Vicinity of lle des Chenes (C07075) Sealing Pavement Cracks on Provincial Trunk Highway 59 from the South junction Provincial Road 210 to the Floodway Bridge (S/B lanes), for a total construction distance of 14.3 km in the Municipality of Ritchott. Section XIV – Vicinity of Binscarth (Preservation) Sealing Pavement Cracks on Provincial Trunk Highway 41 from 1.2 km South of Provincial Trunk Highway 16 to Provincial Trunk Highway 16, for a total construction distance of 1.0 km in the Municipality of Russell-Binscarth. Section XV – Vicinity of Binscarth (Preservation) Sealing Pavement Cracks on Provincial Trunk Highway 16 from 1.1 km East of Provincial Trunk Highway 41 to 1.6 km East of Provincial Trunk Highway 41, for a total construction distance of 0.5 km in the Municipality of Russell-Binscarth. Section XVI – Vicinity of Swan River (Preservation) Sealing Pavement Cracks on Provincial Trunk Highway 10 from 0.8 km East of Provincial Road 488 to 1.8 km East of Provincial Trunk Highway 10A, for a total construction distance of 4.8 km in the Municipalities of Minitonas-Bowsman and Swan Valley West. No Work Will Be Permitted on Any Section Prior to May 21, 2024. The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than September 20, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hunrded ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. In Addition to the Daily Liquidated Damages, a Lump Sum Liquidated Damage of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars Will Be Charged to the Contractor if the Work is Not Completed by October 4, 2024. In Addition the Lump Sum Liquidated Damages Will Be Charged to the Contractor on a Recurrent Annual Basis Until Substantial Completion.
