Renovation of a water / sewer project in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

**As of May 16,2024 no design builder has been selected by the owner. A timeline for the selection has not yet been established.** Construction of improvements to an existing wastewater treatment facility including: o Replacement of the mechanical influent screening and compacting equipment. o Installation of new grit removal and replacement grit classification equipment. o Coordination with an appropriate subcontractor to assess and repair or replace the air handling unit at the headworks control room. o Construction of a new 80-foot diameter secondary clarifier, the associated RAS and WAS piping, and scum pumping system. o Demolition of two 40-foot diameter clarifiers. o Installation of new return and waste activated sludge pumps. o Installation of chemical feed equipment. o Modifications to the existing RAS splitter box. o Yard Piping Owner anticipates that the CMAR's Contract Price will be approximately $8 million. The CMAR Contract has an expected construction start date of September 2024, and duration for construction of 275 days.
