This procurement is restricted to the General MACC contractors. Only the General MACC contractors listed on the RFP cover letter may submit a proposal. See attached documents for scope of work and any applicable drawings. Contract Completion Date: 300 days after award Estimated Cost Range: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 Liquidated Damages: $316.00 per Calendar Day Requests for Information (RFIs): RFIs must be submitted by the prime contractor to the email addresses above. The cut off for RFIs is 12 April 2024 by 9:00 AM EST in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work includes the analysis to determining the most efficient and technically feasible plan for installing the National Airspace System Voice System (NVS) CM-300 Series Version 2 (V2) receiver radios, part of the operational communication systems (OCS), and associated equipment and reinstalling the retained legacy Air Traffic Control (ATC) equipment and systems at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina. The CM-300 (V2) radios will replace the outdated ATC CM-200 series radios currently installed. and incidental related work. Specifically, MCAS-CP Buildings B-1695 (Receive = Rx) Rx Facility, Buildings 1695 plus 1696.
