It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish a contract for Asphalt Replacement and Repairs at the following four (4) schools: Francis Scott Key High School: 3825 Bark Hill Road Union Bridge, MD 21791 Northwest Middle School: 99 Kings Drive Taneytown, MD 21787 Mechanicsville Elementary School: 3838 Sykesville Road Sykesville, MD 21794 Runnymede Elementary School: 3000 Langdon Drive Westminster, MD 21158. On-site work may commence June 17, 2024, and shall be completed no later than August 16, 2024. Scheduling will be coordinated with the contract administrator after award. CCPS also reserves the right to reject the bid of a bidder who has previously failed to perform properly or complete on time contracts of a similar nature, or the bid of a bidder which investigation shows is not able to perform the contract. The Owner will explain the scope of the project and answer questions about the bidding specifications.
