Questions Due Date: Mar 29th 2024, 12:00 PM EDT Deadline to submit Questions via Online Portal Delivery and placement of approximately 22,490 SY of FB-3 Modified Bituminous Wearing Course and 22,490 SY of Double Asphalt Seal Coat on Lonely Cottage Road. All work must be performed as directed by the Township. Prevailing wage rates apply. Bids must be made on forms furnished by the Township (via PennBid) and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of at least (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Township; Anti-Collusion Affidavit; Workman's Compensation Affidavit; and Public Works Employment Verification Act (E-Verify Program) certification. All information must be submitted via the PennBid Program. Special attention is called to the fact that Prevailing Wage Act 442 applies. Successful bidder shall pay no less than the prevailing wage rates determined for the project as set forth in the Proposal/Contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance, payment, and maintenance bonds as applicable, in accordance with the specifications, with a corporate surety approved by the Township. Bridgeton Township reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities.
