Clearing; removal and drying of basin bottom material and sediment; the relocation and extension of an existing storm sewer run and endwall; regrading, stabilizing, and seeding of the disturbed areas and construction of outlet control structure Estimated Contract Value: $105,000.00 Question Deadline 04/09/2024 at 10:00 AM ET , All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing via online . The Contract Time for this project is sixty (60) calendar days. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Dover Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Dover Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
