Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Dover, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of December 12, 2024, Dover Borough decided not to pursue with this project, they are no longer bidding for this project. Bids are requested for the replacement of four sanitary sewer manholes with new precast manholes located within the sidewalk along the west side of Amberview Drive in Dover Borough. All bidders shall be required to furnish a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. Upon the acceptance of the proposal by the Borough, the successful bidder shall provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount to the Borough. The Borough reserves the right, which is agreed and understood by all bidders, to accept or reject any or all bids and waive irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn by the bidder for sixty (60) days after closing time for receipt of bids. All Bid Proposals shall be sealed in an envelope, clearly marked "Bid Proposal - Dover Borough, Amberview Dr Manhole Replacement" in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope.
