Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Norfolk, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project consists of concrete street repairs along 18th Street from Maple Avenue to Michigan Avenue, Braasch Avenue from 5th to 7thStreets, 5th Street from Braasch to Prospect Ave, East Benjamin Avenue1st to Railroad, Benjamin Ave from13th to Grant Ave, Riverside Boulevard south of Benjamin Avenue, Taylor Ave24th St to Pasewalk Ave, and remove and replace 5' wide sidewalk along the south of Madison Avenue from 1st to3rd Street. The repairs orre construction will include saw cut, removal and replacement of concrete pavement, driveway, sidewalk ramps, placement of crushed concrete foundation course, and geogrid ,remove and reset mailboxes, remove and replace manhole ring and cover, traffic control, erosion control and inlet protection and seeding. Entire project consists of approximately _9,700_square yards of concrete repair and440 SY of sidewalk replacement. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check on a bank whose deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in the amount of 5% of the total bid price and must be payable without condition to the Treasurer, City of Norfolk, Nebraska, as evidence of good faith of the bidder and as agreed liquidated damages in case the bidder whose proposal is accepted by the City of Norfolk fails to enter into contract within ten (10) days from the Notice of the Award or fails to furnish acceptable bond to complete the work and pay for all labor and materials used, said bond to be in the amount of 100% of the total bid price. The City of Norfolk, Nebraska ,reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids.
