Small business set aside; The applicable NAICS code is 811310 (small business size standard is $12.5M). A Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced offeror. Registration in the System for Award Management, https://www.beta.sam.gov, is a prerequisite to bidding. Payment and performance bond not required. US Coast Guard Base New Orleans' remote facility requires a Cummins/Onan certified technician to restore a genset back to an operatable status to include but not limited to, the stoppage of oil leaks while running and attaining the satisfactory level of power output. In addition, the technician will perform a thorough maintenance procedure of the entire genset assembly and room, including windings and connections. Please see the attached Statement of Work for specifications of work. Period of Performance: The contractor shall begin performance within 15 calendar days and complete it within negotiable calendar days after receiving notice to proceed.
