The County Commissioners Of Charles County Request Bids For The Construction Of Phase 1 Of Sub Cell 4b At Charles County S Landfill No.2. SCOPE OF SERVICES The Scope of Services for this project includes all direct and incidental work necessary to perform the work identified in this solicitation. The Contractor shall not commence work under the Scope of Services prior to receiving a written notice from the County. The notice will only be in the form of an official Notice-to-Proceed (NTP) letter from Charles County Department of Public Works. Any other form of authorization for the start of work on this project does not constitute approval by the County. There will be no separate payment for work performed under the Scope of Services. Costs associated with the Scope of Services shall be considered incidental to construction of the project and therefore included Question Deadline 04/10/2024 at 8:00 AM ET
