The work to be done under this contract consists of all labor, equipment, materials and other facilities necessary and proper to complete-in-place, the Repairs to Observation Deck, Silver Lake Nature Center. Please note, bidders proposing to submit a bid on this project are required to be pre-qualified in accordance with the County's Responsible Contractors Ordinance by submitting a Contractor Responsibility Certification Form at least 14 calendar days prior to the specified bid submission date. The Ordinance and the Contractor Responsibility Certification Form are included in the bid package. Vendors must certify that they have visited the site.
