Bucks County is proposing to consolidate three (3) separate parcels along Bath Road in Bristol Township. One of the parcels currently has an existing building with utilities and a parking lot. The County desires to consolidate the three (3) parcels into one (1) in order to install a modular building to be utilized by the surrounding community. The project will also include providing utilities to the modular building, expanding the parking lot, constructing stormwater improvements, and other associated improvements.
