Approximately 76,056 SY of pavement overlay including spot curb & gutter, concrete road panel replacement, drive approach & sidewalk removal & replacement, HMA and PCC pavement milling, leveling binder, & surface course; 590 SY of reconstruction including pavement & base removal, aggregate & HMA base reconstruction, binder, & surface course; curb & gutter drive approach & sidewalk removal & replacement; storm & sanitary structure replacement; water main replacement; & landscaping along various streets in the City of Wheaton. Payment Bond: The successful Bidder shall provide an original Payment Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the full amount of the award. Performance Bond: The successful Bidder shall provide an original Performance Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the full amount of the award. Maintenance Bond: The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Maintenance Bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the final contract price for the faithful performance of the Bidder's obligation to maintain and keep in good repair, the work herein contracted to be done and performed for one (1) year from the date of final acceptance by the City.
