Site work for a water / sewer project in Aurora, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Location: Heathercrest Subdivision between Edgelawn Dr and Randall Rd including Heather Dr, Roanoak Ave, Sherwood Ave and Duncan Dr. Proposed Improvement: Installation of 6,450' of 8" Ductile Iron water main and other miscellaneous appurtenances all in accordance with the plans and specifications. Question Deadline 04/05/2024 at 4:00 PM CT All questions should be received by the Purchasing Division, in writing at PurchasingDL@aurora.il.us The City encourages minority business firms to submit proposals and encourages the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as subcontractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction. The City of Aurora has a local preference ordinance that would apply to this contract. Prequalification of Bidders as contained in Check Sheet LRS6 in the "Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions" is required on this project. All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty as outlined in the Proposal form.
