Renovation of a medical facility in Santa Monica, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Contractor shall renovate Room 2350A, adjacent control and equipment room, and assist in the installation of a University-furnished Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) system on the second floor of the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. The scope of work includes demolition and replacement of improvements including; assisting the MRI manufacturer with the installation of MRI equipment anchoring, framing, hoisting; modifications to building mechanical ductwork, controls, piping, and testing and balancing; lighting, and electrical system modifications to support the MRI upgrade. Contractor shall replace all building finishes impacted by the Work. A bid submitted online using the "Submit Bid" tab must also be deposited at the designated physical location identified on the Advertisement for Bids within 24 hours after the Bid Deadline. Any bid submitted online and not deposited at the designated physical location within 24 hours after the Bid Deadline will be rejected. See Supplementary Instructions to Bidders. Construction is anticipated to begin June 2024.
