Question Submission Deadline:March 29, 2024, 3:00pm The City of Santa Monica is seeking a qualified vendor to furnish and deliver General Lighting and Electrical Supplies as required by the Engineering & Streets Services, and Facilities Divisions.. City's Public Works Department is seeking vendor(s) to furnish and deliver all-purpose General Lighting and Electrical Supplies. Items may include but are not limited to: indoor lighting, park and other open-air light poles, pole covers, pull box lids, fuses, receptacles, wire, controls, LED and various light fixtures/ lamps, poles, electrical panels, conduit, switch gear, meter cabinets, motors, solar panels, batteries, VFDs, and other related products. Orders will be placed as needed and there is no guaranteed usage. The City reserves the right to award to multiple vendors. Selected vendor(s) will be issued an annual blanket purchase order. The Facilities Division, within Public Works Department, orders approximately $65K in supplies per year. The Engineering and Street Services Division shop orders between $250K-$500K in general electrical supplies per year. Orders will be placed for delivery as required.
