The project is a SIGNAGE project and includes the following: Re-facing existing metal signs with new graphic; manufacturing and installing new building mounted and fence mounted signs; signs and map monument signs; fabricating and mounting pole mounted banners; and painting on wall and pavement marking This scope of work is estimated to be between $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 and includes the fabrication and installation of: new pole mounted signs, building mounted signs, fence mounted signs, the refacing of existing signs, fabrication of new metal monument and map signs, refacing existing monument signs, banners mounted on existing poles and a limited amount of sign writing and other associated improvements per bidding documents *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The District reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bid Proposal or in the bidding. Prevailing Wage Rates. The Contractor and all Subcontractors performing any portion of the Work shall pay not less than the applicable prevailing wage rate for the classification of labor provide by their respective workers in prosecution and execution of the Work. Contractors are required to have a Class: C-45 license at the time of bid submission. Payment and Performance Bonds. A Labor and Materials Payment Bond and Performance Bond are required in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the Bid Proposal, inclusive of any additive Bid Alternates. Failure of any Bid Proposal to be accompanied by Bid Security in the form and in the amount required shall render such Bid Proposal to be non-responsive and rejected by the District. .
