Riverview Booster Station Generator Description: The Project consists of constructing the Riverview Booster Station Generator Project located within the City of Shakopee, Minnesota. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a single lump sum basis. General Project description is as follows: Construction of a 250-kW generator with concrete pad and related earthwork, directional drilling electrical conduit and electrical installation inside existing facility. The bid bond must be payable to the Shakopee Public Utilities in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder fails to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. Site Address: 2188 Kelly Circle Question Deadline 06/27/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
