Description Quarterly preventative maintenance (PM) agreement, which includes PM inspection of the following: A. Model 533LS Sterilization 21." B. GTS30AMOP3203 Generator C. HS-300 Watts, RO Water System D. Check calibration utilizing the PACS 3000 control system Details: 1. Technicians must be trained in all the systems mentioned above components. 2. The technician will call the customer's attention to any need for replacement parts. If a replacement part is needed and available in the customer's inventory, the technician will install it. Necessary parts not in the customer's inventory will be ordered with customer approval for installation at the next inspection. 3. The offer price will include all labor for equipment inspection, adjustment, lubrication, installation of replacement parts, and testing during scheduled PM inspections. 4. All labor for repair calls between PM inspections that result from equipment failure will also be included. 5. The Hawaii Department of Agriculture and the company receiving the award may extend the agreement for an additional (12) months at the exact cost, provided both parties agree. 6.
