As of October 30, 2024 project was awarded to Golden Triangle Construction but no amount available. Sealed Bids will only be accepted from those Prospective Bidders/Contractor's who have satisfactorily met the prequalification requirements and that have been notified as such, as part of the City's Prequalification Process as submitted on April 12, 2024. Schedule: Approximately late October 2024 to October 2025 Description of Work: o Clearing and Grubbing, including protection of existing trees and structures to remain, removal of designated trees, demolition of existing site structures to be removed, asphalt removal for new concrete curb/sidewalk, removal of existing turf grasses and infield mix, removal of play equipment, removal of fencing and backstops, removal of sports field and site lighting, and other miscellaneous removals. o Grading/earthwork and topsoil salvaging and placement. o Site pavement improvements which include subgrade preparation, asphalt patching, concrete sidewalks and curb ramps, concrete base for the play bay resilient surfacing, concrete slabs for site furnishings and proposed structures, concrete play bay curb, and crusher fine pedestrian paths. o Existing Building Demolition o Proposed Buildings foundations, masonry, framing, finishes, electrical, mechanical, plumbing. o Installation of picnic shelters with foundations and stamped structural engineering plans. o Site Lighting - Parking Lots, Pedestrian, and new Musco Field lighting for the Multi-use Fields. Transfer of Musco Lighting Panels for northern baseball fields to new structure. o Drainage improvements including detention pond improvements (modifications and new construction), piping, etc. o Potable water main construction, and extension of sanitary sewer piping. o Park improvements including subgrade preparation and minor drainage improvements; automated underground irrigation system for turf area, shrub beds, and individual trees and shrubs in grass areas, placement of landscape boulders and stone pavers, poured-in-place playground surfacing and installation of playground equipment, and a 16' x 22' picnic shelter. o Installation of other site furnishings and a drinking fountain o Finish grading and soil prep, dryland grass seeding, bluegrass sod, installation of trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses, ground covers / perennials, and installation of shrub bed mulch and shrub bed edging. o Project closeout and clean-up requirements and warranty of the improvements.
