** As of April 30, 2024 this project DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Trenchless sewer rehabilitation including cleaning, CCTV inspection, trenchless repair of 8" diameter sewer main with CIPP, service lateral reconnection, and post construction CCTV inspection. This is not the full scope of the work. See Bid Schedule and Drawings for additional info. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 and 6.02 of the General Conditions. No pre-bid conference will be held. Question Deadline 04/08/2024 at 12:00 PM MT Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Sarah Wichern, sarah@jonescivil.com COMPLETION DATE: June 30, 2024, Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
