This project involves the demolition of the existing Texas City Ag Center located at 3301 25th Avenue North, Texas City TX 77590, and its replacement with a new Ag Barn housing a show arena, small and large animal pens, and storage for approximately 18,000 SF. The project also involves Renovations to the CTE Programs at Texas City High School, a 3,000 SF Dance Addition at Texas City High School, as well as Athletic Improvements to the Texas City High School Stadium including, but not limited to, the replacement of Visitors Bleachers, a new Parking Lot at the stadium and new Visitors Locker Rooms.
