Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Fremont, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Martin Road Bridge Replacement Project The work includes removal of the existing bridge; construction of a new 22' x 7' precast box culvert along Martin Road at Brown Brook; construction of the roadway including embankment fill; construction of new headwalls; reconstruction of stream channel and riprap side slopes; guardrail and paving in the Town of Fremont, New Hampshire. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified treasurer's or cashier's check or bid bond in the sum of five (5) percent of the Bid Price. Successful bidder must furnish 100 percent Construction Performance Bond, 100 percent Construction Payment Bond and a $75,000.00 Warranty Bond. Substantial contract completion time shall be October 7, 2024. Contract Final Completion time shall be October 31, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, should the Owner deem it to be in the public interest to do so.
