Bids are being accepted for weightlifting and conditioning equipment for Lakewood Middle School and Salina South Middle School. Reference: Appendix A for the Contractual Provision Attachment DA-146a. Reference: Appendix B for the Specification sheets. Reference: Appendix C for Itemized Cost Breakout. Reference: Appendix D for the Bid Submission Form. All quotations must include shipping to our site(s) in Salina, Kansas, 67401. Delivery dates of all items must be specified in your bid. Any deviations from specifications listed on this request must be stated and explained on your bid form. Additional product information and other supporting information may be provided by bidder. Other Bid Requirements Equipment is to be shipped to: USD 305 Operations Center, 1835 S. Broadway Blvd., Salina, KS 67401. Bidders are requested to package items bid for Location 1- Lakewood Middle School separate from items bid for Location 2 - Salina South Middle School. This will help when delivering the items to the correct locations together. Please contact Robin Brady, Purchasing Specialist, for any questions on the bid invitation. The Unified School District #305 Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any item or items in the bid, and to waive any informality in the bids. Acceptance of this bid and actual purchase of the bid items is subject to availability of funds and may be cancelled at the discretion of the Unified School District #305. (The formal notification will be in the form of a purchase order from USD # 305).
