Site work and paving for a road / highway in Paola, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project will consist of contracted mill and overlays at the following locations: 327th Street from Old Kansas City Road west to County Line-2" mill and 2" overlay; John Brown Highway from Osawatomie City Limits west to County Line-2" mill and 2" overlay; 379th Street from Bethel Church Road west to County Line-2" mill and 2" overlay. Question/Clarification Submission Deadline:March 22, 2024, 4:00pm Anticipated Award Date:April 3, 2024, 1:00pm The successful bidder may be required to furnish a Performance Bond and/or Statutory Bond equal to 100% of the contract. Such bond shall be executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Kansas and requires the appointment of a Kansas Resident Agent. The County reserves the sole right to renew said contract for 2024 Asphalt Corrective Maintenance Program-Construction if mutually agreed upon by both parties. The contract resulting from this RFB shall be effective for the approximate twelve (12) month period from the date of the notice of award.
