Runway Lighting Improvements. Scope of work consists of rehabilitation of the runway edge lights along with the end runway lights and refurbishment and retrofit of the airport beacon. Work shall only take place at night. The time allowed for completing this project is one hundred (100) Calendar days, commencing with the date of the Notice to Proceed. Failure to complete the work within the allowable contract time will result in the assessment of liquidated damages of three- hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) per calendar day after the expiration of contract time. The attainment of goals established for these contracts are to be measured as a percentage of the total dollar value of the contract.
