Renovation of a transportation facility in Moselle, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the amount of the bid, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or a bid bond written by a company properly licensed in Mississippi. Bids must be submitted on the standard form of bid proposal, and the successful bidder will be required to execute the standard form of contract and agreement, together with a 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond, with fifteen (15) days after formal award of the contract. The AIRPORT OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason at any time prior to execution of the Agreement; to waive any and all informalities in the bidding process; and to hold all bids for examination for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days. Time for completing this project is 400 calendar days date of Notice to proceed. Liquidated damages of $350 per calendar days of the expiration of contract. Question Deadline 06/04/2024 A bidder that has doubt as to the true meaning of a project requirement may submit to the Owner's Engineer a written request for interpretation no later than 7 days prior to bid opening.
