The proposed Contract Documents may be examined at: Office of the City Clerk, 1507 Main Street, Hays, Kansas 67601 Earles Engineering & Inspection, Inc., 116 N Augustus, McPherson, Kansas 67460 ARC, 518 W Douglas, Wichita, KS 67203 OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Liquidated damages for failing to timely attain Substantial Completion and final completion are not additive and will not be imposed concurrently
