This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to remove and replace a grinder pump system at the visitor center at North Point State Park at 8400 North Point Rd, Edgemere, MD 21219 in Baltimore County. This project consists ofthe Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to remove and replace a grinder pump system at the visitor center at North Point State Park at 8400 North Point Rd, Edgemere, MD 21219 in Baltimore County, The proposed project shall include, but is not limited to the following:Obtain approval from with Baltimore County DPW. Remove the existing alarm panel, existing grinder system to include all pits, pumps, wiring and any associated parts. Pump existing pump pit before removal. Save electric conduit piping for re-use. Install new duplex grinder pump system to include all necessary components for a complete installation in same location as existing system according to the manufacturers written instructions. Make all necessary tie-ins to the exiting inlet and outlet discharge pipe diameters and inverts. Install a 6" riser to the pit access lid to raise it above finished gradeInstall new wiring to the new system using existing conduit. Make any necessary connections to the breaker panel according to the manufacturers written instructions. Install new control panel/alarm in same location as removed panel according to the manufacturers written instructions. Make any necessary connections to the panel as needed.
