**As of May 15, 2024, project was awarded to irish Roofing but awarded amount is not available.** The Town of Wilson provides notice that sealed public bids will be received to replace the Town Administrative Office roof. The work of this contract is generally described as follows: o general description replace the Town Administrative Office roof o location 5935 South Business Drive, Sheboygan WI 53081 o existing items to remain. o fascia and drip edge o gutters and downspout systems o estimated quantities and materials o roof (felt and shingles) o remove the existing 1 layer and felt. o ice barrier (30) valleys, ridges, peaks and at drip edge o felt #15 o shingles with ridge caps 30-year, Owens Corning Supreme 3-tab / Owens Corning Oakridge Duration architectural, shingles to match Town Hall. Work substantially completes on or before September 15, 2024 Bid Security: A satisfactory Bid Bond, payable to the Town of Wilson, WI, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the bid. Legal Provisions: This contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes Section 62.15, 66.0901, and 779.15. The Town of Wilson reserves the right to reject any bid, cancel this solicitation, waive any informality in the bid process and award the bid deemed most advantageous to the Town of Wilson
