The City of Florissant is seeking bids to design, provide, and install new updated landscaping materials to the front of the Police Station located at 1700 North Hwy 67, Florissant, MO 63031. The vendor would provide a design depicting a new landscaped look for the front of the building to include types of plants, plastic weed block materials and thickness, decorative rock type and color and other items related to the project. Question Submission Deadline: April 4, 2024, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline:April 5, 2024, 5:30pm he may submit a question to the contact person listed in the bid solicitation to request an interpretation thereof. Any interpretation of the proposed documents will be made by addendum duly issued. The City will not be responsible for any other explanations or interpretations. Contract shall run for a One Year period, effective April 10, 2024 through completion of project. Unless otherwise stipulated, the Contractor shall provide and pay for all bonds, insurance, permits, inspections, licenses, materials, labor, tools, equipment, light, power, water, transportation, testing, utility connection fees and other facilities necessary for the execution and completion of the work. If the Contractor, in the course of the work, finds any discrepancy between the specifications and the physical conditions of the locality, or any error or omission in the specifications, he shall immediately inform the Director, in writing, and the Director shall promptly verify the same. Any work done after such discovery, until authorized, will be done at the Contractor'srisk.
