Demolition and site work for a residential development in Florissant, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The City of Florissant is seeking bids for the demolition and clean-up at the following properties 1368 N. New Florissant Road 885 Derhake Road 1395 St. Jean (garage only) 180 St. Anthony Demolition and clean-up should include foundation and all other structures, miscellaneous garbage, trash, and debris. Bidders are also required to include utility disconnect. Question Submission Deadline: June 10, 2024, 11:30pm All work contemplated and described in these specifications shall be performed in accordance with the contract specifications and all directives which will be given from time to time during the progress of the work. If any discrepancy appears between any of the contract specifications such discrepancy shall be interpreted and adjusted in writing by the Director whose decision shall be fina Question Response Deadline: June 11, 2024, 5:30pm Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified cashiers check, or bid bond, in the amount of not less than 5%, payable to City of Florissant, as a guarantee that the bidder. A performance bond in an amount equivalent to 100% of the contract price must be furnished and executed by the successful bidder. Contract shall run for a period of 30 days, effective 30 days after Notice to Proceed is issued.
