This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits design and construction of SOF Exploitation Training Facilities at Fort Liberty, NC. The scope of work inclueds ALL labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, supervision, and transportation for work necessary to design and construct three (3) training facilities (two stories each) designed to simulate a city hall, a residence, and a laboratory at Fort Liberty, NC (PN 100850 SOF Exploitation Training Facilities). In order to provide a cariety of training environments for the students to experience, the city hall simulation building should contain multiple offce settings; the residential simulation building should include multiple bedroom dwelling spaces; and the laboratory simulation building should include multiple laboratory settings. Low Impact Development features will be included in the design and construction fo the project as appropriate. Supporting facilities include site development, a gravel access road, electric utilities and connections, water connection, storm drainage, and other site improvements. These facilities will be used by military able-bodied soldiers. This project will be designed and constructed in accordance with Unified Facilities Criteria, Installation Architectural Compatability Plan, other applicable Department of Defense (DoD) criteria, Army regulations, and applicable U.S. Federal environmental laws and regulations. This project will provide Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) features and comply with AT/FP regulations and physical security mitigation in accordance with DoD Minimum Anti-Terrorism Standards for Buildings.
