As of April 30, 2025, this project has been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Alma, Arkansas is soliciting engineering services for a project to upgrade the city's water treatment plant located at 643 City Park Rd, Alma, Arkansas 72921. The project will be funded by the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) program. The engineering services will be in accordance with the Arkansas Department of Agriculture Natural Resource Division's (ANRD) requirements for this program. Interested firms will be required to submit two (2) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy (pdf) of the Statement of Qualifications (maximum 25 printed pages, excluding cover and a one page cover letter) for the project that includes: 1. Identification of the legal name, office locations(s), and principal owner(s) or partner(s) of the firm; 2. A statement of the proposer's understanding of the project and the requirements of the ANRD and the DWSRF program; 3. A list identifying the location, owner, cost, brief descriptions, and description of work which is comparative in nature to the project considered under this Statement of Qualifications; 4. A resume of the qualifications and experience of each member of the proposer's staff and any other technical consultants who may be employed for this project. Procedures for selection of a firm will be in accordance with federal and state procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence, past performance on similar projects, capacity, and capability of the firm to perform the work, and proximity to and familiarity with the project area.
