Site work for a water / sewer project in Alma, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids are requested for Alma Water Storage Tank Recoating Improvements, Project No. 2024083. The work involves internal and external recoating of one 1,000,000-gallon ground water storage tank and one 400,000-gallon elevated water storage tank. Bids must be addressed to the specified location with the project label and will not be accepted after the scheduled time. Bids must be prepared using purchased bidding documents from QuestCDN; reproduction costs are the bidder's responsibility. Questions must be submitted through the QuestCDN project portal. Bidders are required to be aware of all Addenda issued, which can be found on QuestCDN, and may schedule site visits by contacting the designated engineer at least 48 hours in advance. Each bid requires security as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. All bidders must be licensed according to Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors. The City reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Bids must remain firm for a maximum period of 60 days after opening. Participation by small, minority, and woman-owned businesses is encouraged, either as general contractors or subcontractors. Question Deadline 11/27/2025 All bidder questions must be submitted through Online. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
