Site work for a mixed-use development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of a natural grass multipurpose sports field located at the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind (USDB) Salt Lake City Campus. Project scope includes renovating an existing natural grass field with new natural grass sod and irrigation based on landscape plans provided by USDB with modifications due to a portable building placed on the corner of the field. The project requires some design, grubbing, rough and fine grading, soil amendments, sports turf irrigation installation, sod installation, and a turf maintenance period. Completion Time: 60 Days after the start date of the project Question Deadline 04/04/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Liquidated Damages: $250.00 per day
