Project Description: Granite School District (GSD) is requesting the services of a General Contractor (B100) or Landscaping Contractor (S330) to furnish and install Courtyard Playground Improvements for the Preschool at Hunter High School, 4200 South 5600 West, West Valley City, Utah. Work shall include, but is not limited to: o Selective demolition and removal of existing site furnishings, landscaping, and irrigation system. o Grading of play area for new improvements and drainage. o Installation of new accessible concrete ramp, landings and retaining wall. o Alternate for installation of block retaining wall. o Installation of new concrete sidewalks and pads. o Installation of artificial turf play surfaces with padding. Scope of Work: Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment to perform the work as indicated on the Drawings and in accordance with Bid Documents, including General and Supplemental Conditions of the Construction Contract, and other documents as provided for the performance of this Work.. Questions: Questions must be submitted by Friday, April 5, 2024, at 2:00 PM. All questions must be submitted via the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P). Questions submitted directly to Owner or Architect will not be answered until re-submitted through U3P.
