**As of April 10, 2024, project was awarded to RBI Inc. but awarded amount is not available.** The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract for the construction of a natural grass multipurpose sports field located at the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind (USDB) Springville Campus. Question Deadline 04/04/2024 at 2:00 PM MT All questions must be submitted through the Utah Procurement Place during the Question and Answer period. Project scope includes renovating an existing natural grass field with new natural grass sod and irrigation with landscape plans. The project requires design, grubbing, rough and fine grading, soil amendments, sports turf irrigation installation, sod installation, and a turf maintenance period. Completion Time: 60 Days after the start date of the project Liquidated Damages: $250.00 per day
